The Tennessean eNewspaper Customer Insights

1. It won't change editions no matter which edition I select.Miss the print, but the app is convenient. The platform and available info is great.

2. I read the paper first thing every morning. This is great! No pop-ups, no videos that start playing advertisements, no audio starts playing that is hard to turn off.

3. As of today (Saturday), they have discontinued a Saturday print edition and are directing all former print subscribers to the e-edition.

4. Hope all you former print subscribers are ready to join the rest of us for a terrible app that crashes regularly. It's time to rework this app.

5. I enjoy the instant access to the paper via the app, but you should consider some upgrades to enhance the experience.

6. On the phone it takes three steps even though I mark remember my choice. The Tennessean is my favorite way to stay informed.

7. I've tried to select todays edition about 10 time and all I get is yesterdays edition.

8. And then on a separate app you get all the latest breaking newsThe navigation buttons are too small and I would prefer that they stay visible.

9. Also it can be a problem viewing and reading at peak times which I assume is due to not enough server access.Still sucks.

10. 2 papers a week plus access digitally does not equal a good deal.

11. On a desktop it loads the paper in one click on the blue arrow in the email.
