1. The games are actually fun! I wish there were more fonts & note colors to choose from, but that's minor in comparison to all of the excellent aspects of this app.This is good for an awesome grocery list maker! You can change magnets, refrigerator doors, ink color, paper, paper style, font, and add your favorite pics to it! You also have the option to add gif type stars, bubbles, etc.

2. November 2022 Don't want to delete but if does not work is the point.The BEST app! A unique concept that is masterfully executed - it's cute, fun, simple, easy to navigate, & whoever designed the graphics deserves an award for the realism.You can play games & earn coins to "purchase" different fonts, colors, magnets, etc.

3. You get daily log in coins just for opening the app! It serves it's purpose! 3 things I wish: 1) when you use coins to buy the magnets/design(whatever they are called) wish they would go to the first page 2) an option to add you own say maybe someone rather use an actual picture 3) the option to put bulletins on your notes if you need to make a grocery list etc.Like it, it's entertaining when bored at times and it's convenient instead of actual sticky notes for reminders.

4. I would of rated this app 5+ stars if it was like other note apps where they're pinned from the app straight to the home screen instead of having to add the app widget to the homescreen also not being able to view the entire note on the homescreen, having to open the note/app is a pain.

5. I love being able to jot down reminders & being able to customize everything, even the font color! It just adds that little extra touch!... I wish more items were free, but I'm not complaining about what is.

6. Especially for someone like me who forgets things easily, and writes or makes a note of numerous things to remind me, it would help to see and quickly add something to a note or create a new one easily without having to open an app or add a widget to my home screen.

7. Update I am having a problem, when I open a note and my keyboard pops up I cannot Scroll to the bottom of the page to edit my notes.

8. You are able to win more coins, plus they give you 500 to shop & customize with.This has to be the funnest notepad I've used!! I love being creative and it definitely brings out my creative side.

9. Or you can purchase them for little of nothing.I love this app! I download it on every new phone I get! It is adorable and gets the job done! My one and only complaint is that I recently bought coins so the ads would go away "permanently" and when I switched phones and reinstalled, the ads were back.

10. PLEASE either change the order of the icons or make it confirm whether or not you want to delete a note!Hopefully this will be easily understood instead of confusing.

1. Fix Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notes" » Open Notes - MemoCool Plus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notes - MemoCool Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notes - MemoCool Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notes not working

2. Fix Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
