Why should I report an Issue with Sprouter: QR codes, Bio Links?

1. It just copies the post and I have to send it myself.Easy to connect with all the social media in one place.I was excited at first but I cannot connect my Twitter account or my Pinterest account.

2. Conclusion: Waste of time...It's a Crazy app to see all different types of social media networks in one platform but i have seen feeds of only FB, Instagram, Twitter,... etc.. all the bestVery useful, can manage all my social media accounts.

1. Fix Sprouter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sprouter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sprouter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sprouter" » Open Sprouter: QR codes, Bio Links » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sprouter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sprouter: QR codes, Bio Links app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sprouter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sprouter: QR codes, Bio Links" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sprouter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sprouter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sprouter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sprouter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sprouter not working

2. Fix Sprouter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sprouter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sprouter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sprouter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
