1. Also, I have had a couple issues with transaction payments with no explanation to why they didn't go through Klarna has definitely been helpful before but I no longer recommend it considering the possible financial risks now.Horrible experience.

No way to contact support, it's broken.Be Financially Aware, I've consistently used the app but these last few months I've been feeling a bit awry about using it considering the questionable changes like the new gifts cards approach, new $2 service fee and the sudden 'loan' electronic agreements.
3. I'd used klarna consistently almost since it's inception, but with the way it's heading now I'm out.The app keeps crashing! For 2 weeks now I haven't been able to make payments because it refuses to load! I've re installed this app 5 times already and the same problem keeps happening.
4. I was able to purchase and pay off several things without an issue, but for some reason they won't allow me to pay for something totaling only $37- it just keeps displaying the error "Sorry, we couldn't approve you for this option.
5. Please choose a different payment method to create your one-time card." I tried several different payment methods but just kept receiving the same error over and over again.
6. Klarna used to be a great app and my go to for payment splitting but with all the new hoops to jump through and the non existent customer service.
7. The second issue is when the app says it needs to verify my bank before it can approve a purchase and the screen goes white.
8. Been happening for a few months now and I'm unable to verify my bank details.To say this app has gone down hill quickly would be giving them too much credit.

10. It's a shame because I really love klarna and I've never had issues like this in the past? Idk if it's a bad update or something, but it's definitely pushed me away 😪I removed one star because of the app overhaul.
11. They listed my account as delinquent because of an error on their system that caused a missed payment (w/ auto-pay enabled).
