1. I uninstalled the app, and websites all load normally now, so it's definitely not an issue on my end but in the software.Good app but if you have activated protected uninstall option it always asks permission or password before uninstall and it works fine but if you switch off the phone and switch it on back the app stops working and then again you have to login and reactivate the app.

2. I simply wanted this to help with bad websites and browsers not take over my whole phone all willy nilly.This app had just about everything you could want, but then it started to prevent literally every website from loading.

3. And once the blocking is activated, put it a history back for convinience because if you visit the page,again you'll be blocked out again untill you manually do the history back.. I want the block to be activated without activating their VPN.

8. What they offer is genuine but after making the payment, it worked fine for a day and then it says your subscription expired.

10. It would redirect pornographic websites, but all other non-nefarious websites would simply sit there forever and then say that my internet was too slow and stop loading.

1. Fix Adult Block Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Adult Block: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Adult Block App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Adult Block" » Open Adult Block - Porn Blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Adult Block » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Adult Block - Porn Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Adult Block servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Adult Block - Porn Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Adult Block app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Adult Block might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Adult Block. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Adult Block then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Adult Block not working

2. Fix Adult Block Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Adult Block be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Adult Block not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Adult Block may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
