My name is Arshad Ali. I am a customer of Mundo TV. After 1 returned from vacation, my account was disabled. I tried contacting the company through email and got no response. I paid in advance for services to end in October 2023. My emails have gone unanswered and I have not been contacted to be refunded for the amount of time that I will not have the service, since it has been abruptly terminated for no reason at all.

Hello, I am unable to log into my account. It says it is disabled, Error 1.1.1 when I try to log into my Mundo TV. I use a firestick. I paid for Mundo TV for 3 months so my subscription is good until April 20, 2022. Please help me with my account. I also noticed that the website is not working either. http://mundo-tv.com does not work either for the past 2 days. Thank you, Sarrah
