1. Please update the app!!!I tried this app for several times in last 4 years Never satisfied In early versions, download was an option, but app start was a problem In new version, it seems that problem solved, app start again is problem and download removed So you worked on app with a different view, maybe you prefer to have only a list of programs which special chosen people can use itThis is not working properly when being cast to another device.

2. Also in prevoius version, it didn't need to use proxies as a third-party app beside it (nice capability); but now I need to start using proxies to work with this version.There has been a while now that cast function does not work, no improvement with the recent update.

3. Last but not least, the button to turn the app to full screen mode dues not work properly.

4. The new rotation full screen option is great BUT it doesn't work on older tablets.

5. The full screen button feature! Please bring it back! I know that you have added the automatic full screen on rotate feature, but please bring the full screen button back.

6. The button for full screen window sometimes does not work.

7. Sometimes, it has to be tapped many times for full screen mode to take effect.The app is really getting great, the last updates are fixing all the problems.

8. Now after update it won't go to full screen, you can't even pause the video.

9. The only work around I have found so far is to watch manoto through casting the screen of my device on TV.

10. The cast feature is useless at this time.I thought the program schedule ( time table) is not available in the new update .

11. I see no "full screen" option anymore.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Manoto Issues

1. Fix Manoto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Manoto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Manoto App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Manoto" » Open Manoto » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Manoto » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Manoto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Manoto servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Manoto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Manoto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Manoto might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Manoto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Manoto then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Manoto not working


2. Fix Manoto Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Manoto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Manoto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Manoto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
