And asked for refund they asked me for account number with confirmation and a cancelled checked pic and when I provided all this I got a message saying that the amount has been initiated in your voonik account .and when I check there is no amount in voonik credits also but I want my money refund not voonik credits .you people cheat I feel highly cheatedI use to order dresses from this site earlier 4to 5 years back , dress were very good , was impressive, but somthing wrong now ,the dress are not available, entire site changed , what's wrong with voonik??I have placed an order and money were cut..But then they cancelled the order due to non availability of the item and money where sent to the app wallet itself and not to my card.They suddenly logged me out off the app and now it says am unidentified user ! .

2. I ordered it 1st time with online payment but they didn't delivered the product and on the track details they show that 'no response from the customer' and shows that initiated refund bt i didn't get the refund, even they didn't contact me, no email, no message.

3. Firstly, they send incorrect products, secondly in a city like mumbai they don't have pick up partners so we have to courier the product back at our expense which will be refunded (don't know when) and lastly, it takes hell lot of follow up and waiting time to get the refund of courier charges and the product.

4. if u have even 1% customer satisfaction cense refund our full amount.I'm voonik primo member since August.

5. Customer will order 1 item and they will deliver a different cheap quality item so eventually i had to return all the products wherein I have requested for the return of 2 products and exchange of 1 sari.

6. Unfortunately a month has been passed, item has been picked up already(the day after i raised the return request)but there is no exchange item or no refund till today.

7. when we return product they don't refund full amount.

8. the customer support people even don't know whether my order reached the seller and what is going on and will always give some written excuses which they used to blabber for all people.

9. Totally nightmare.Worst experience ever in my life please don't book from this app .thier product is not good and when I returned it .

10. They are not responding to my mails 😠Cheaters is all what i could say about this online shopping app along with the world's worst customer support team.
