Personal Experience : enjoying using this app..its a fun.saves the video at only 360p, we should be able to change some video options but the settings have nothingI am not able to download the videos... The app is fun but please tell how to fix the issue I need the videossorry but I guess, this app need more face dance free,, there's one in video editing that Free,, I'm very disappointedI would give it 5 stars but the app closes every time you try to download or share the video.

2. Plese developers, make more Apps !!!!Add runtime permission for storage for veesion > marshmallow (6.0) otherwise you will loose your Android as they will not be able to save video.

1. Fix NinjaMe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NinjaMe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NinjaMe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NinjaMe" » Open NinjaMe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NinjaMe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NinjaMe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NinjaMe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NinjaMe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NinjaMe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NinjaMe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NinjaMe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NinjaMe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NinjaMe not working

2. Fix NinjaMe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NinjaMe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NinjaMe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NinjaMe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
