Why should I report an Issue with Weather & Radar - Morecast?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of UBIMET to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Incredibly intrusive adds every few seconds, long lasting (have to wait and watch for at least 5 seconds before you can TRY to close it - which just opens a new web page, or Google play to install the promoted cr*p, or Ali express... Used to be a decent app, now useless.

2. Any suggestions?(Updated review) Great weather app with a reasonable small banner ad, but then it puts up an intrusive full-screen ad that gets in the way.

3. I finally decided to get rid of it -- and coincidentally the new update for Android is complaining about the App slowing the system down just after I made that decision.I used to love this app until the author added 30 second long, uncancelable ads with audio.

4. The outline of the country is there, but no other map features show up, so it's impossible to tell where something is happening in app once you are away from your location dot.

5. The first bug with a quick settings menu status message showing the wrong location wasn't addressed.

6. I doesn't seems to work proberly as it keeps getting completely white and won't show any data.

7. It still gives me a good idea of what's happening in my area and I've always appreciated the large widget which I put on all my phones main home screen.

8. Unfortunately widgets sometimes don't show when using a custom launcher like DoDol (Line Launcher) though :( I wish I knew how to fix that issue..Such an excellent app.

9. I wouldn't call that,"easy-to-use." Uninstalling.My previous comment related to "fairly accurate" data as well as the ads.

10. Any ETA on getting this fixed? I wrote support but haven't heard a single word back.I've had this on my phone for over a year.

11. I've tried several weather apps and this one is among the most accurate, and has one of the best graphs of the conditions.

1. Fix Weather & Radar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather & Radar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather & Radar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather & Radar" » Open Weather & Radar - Morecast » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather & Radar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather & Radar - Morecast app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather & Radar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather & Radar - Morecast" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather & Radar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather & Radar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather & Radar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather & Radar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather & Radar not working

2. Fix Weather & Radar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather & Radar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather & Radar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather & Radar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
