1. There are quite a few grammar and spelling mistakes but they don't detract too much from the overall enjoyable experience.I've had this app for a few years now and while I enjoy reading it I continually find that not all "facts" are facts.

2. Great app!It's a good app layes out well yet there's a fact that says "Bruce Lee was so fast, they actually had run his film slower so you can see his moves" yet iv heard from another source that the fight scenes were sped up.Ads are annoying.

3. This is the main problem for me, when I get a notification it contains a partial fact and when I tap on the notification it opens the app but doesnt shiw me the fact from the notification, it justs opens the app.

4. I have read the previous reviews and I am looking forward to getting annoyed at the inaccuracies and spelling mistakes.

5. And as some people noted - not all of the "facts" are real or proven real.The facts are different everytime I visit which makes it fun and engaging.

6. Perhaps you should have a native English speaker with a high school education writing your copy.It would be nice to add to the app short videos Vet are clearer then the information expressed and slides.

7. Pointless notifications.Of course it has user reviews that's what this is!?! I have learned a lot from this app and with the exception of trying to give a review the app is great.

8. Trying to give a review it is impossible to read what you are typing as the app holds you to the top two lines only, so that you can not see anything liwer and will not allow you to hold your place.

9. The misspellings, missing words, and poor grammar make it frustrating and useless about 60 percent of the time.

10. Spelling mistakes at many places.. example it is aeroplane and not airoplane.

1. Fix Just Facts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Just Facts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Just Facts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Just Facts" » Open Just Facts: Did You Know? » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Just Facts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Just Facts: Did You Know? app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Just Facts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Just Facts: Did You Know?" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Just Facts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Just Facts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Just Facts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Just Facts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Just Facts not working

2. Fix Just Facts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Just Facts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Just Facts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Just Facts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
