They also only allow about ten to fifteen swipe rights per 12 hours and they also want us to pay to be able to swipe more often per day.I don't understand why people you've swiped left on is still in the explore page? It makes it difficult to look through profiles, and I end up clicking on the same profile that I've already swiped on multiple times.
2. The support desk was helpful at first but even they ran out of excuses.I downloaded the app again this week and it's still the same glitchy mess.This app is a scam and full of fake profiles.
3. I contacted customer service almost a week ago, and attached numerous screenshots of the fake profiles, and they did not respond (not surprised).
4. I wish if there were some more features like "save profile for later" , " don't make a decision when swiping and skip to the next person" , and "search by name" for liked profiles and those who liked you.
5. They also create fake "matches" and when the match is contacted, after a few sentences are exchanged, they stop responding and then the app wants us to pay to see others who matched with us.
6. They want us to upload real photos of ourselves, but most of their female profiles are fake.
7. Seems geared to getting money and failing to deliver matches.Been using the app for a while now and can see they are trying, but updates are rare and there are several features missing or don't function well.
8. Please sort.This app has A TON of fake profiles (of women in my experience).
9. Not that Muzz is amazing, but at least it isn't the scam that Salam isI paid for a gold subscription on this app for a couple months last year.

I am still unable to sign into my account. It seems as if someone from your side has unsubscribed or there is a fault from your side. I am not able to log into my account. Please can you resolve this issue otherwise delete my account please! I am surprised as to why this is taking you so long to resolve this issue. This is ridiculous!!
This has been going on for almost 3 months now and nothing has been done!
I have tried to log in through apple ID and it is asking me to sign up again. In regards to the google account, it still doesn’t let me log into my account.
Please do not come back with the same thing again asking me to use an alternative in order to log into my account. I have tried this and it does not work.

Hi, My name is Erum Ahmed and I have an existing account. I have raised my issue which I having with the account and sent out a complaint serval times but have not yet received a response. I am unable to log into my account and I need received notifications which state the following: 'Oops! Attempt to send to unsubscribed recipient' and 'Oops! You are requesting codes too quickly, please slow down'.
Please can you resolve my issue as soon as possible and if someone to get back to me otherwise I will take future action.
