What users are saying

1. Schedule only allows to turn on device, turn off option is grayed out.-- followed instructions, still no turn on or off in x minutes option like on remote.

2. If I turn back on with the remote it still doesn't turn on coolingI was having an issue regarding the fill indicator in the app for the cube dehumidifier.

3. I am using the toshiba app instead and all is working great.Every time I open the app it asks me the details of my unit, no matter how many times I enter them.

4. Twice I've had to turn off the unit with the remote, then turn back on with the app to get it restarted and to actually run beyond just the fan.

5. As soon as the water tank is full, it's impossible to send any command to the device, so we always have to go down and start the drainage pump using the buttons.

6. This A/C is a constant struggle between the physical unit buttons / remote control / & app with server.

7. The notifications about the full tank only arrive maybe half the time anyway though, so that wouldn't have helped muchThe previous midea app let multiple phones log in at the same time, this one don't.

8. The schedule feature which I most wanted seems to only have a time to turn on with no end.

9. Since the latest app update, if I change the temperature on the main page of the app it changes to "status unknown" and temperature doesn't adjust, even if I go to the next page in the app and try and change it there.

10. Now the app seems to add additional unnecessary failure points like a server that will constantly change your settings every time connected.

11. It also takes forever to load when I tap on the Unit for its settings, like turning up or down the temp I want, I also get NaN when attempting to set the temp.
