1. Although, this is a must, please allow the customer to enlarge the screen size for movies, it's already small, so when it's shrunk down even more there's really no point in bothering with it on a smartphone even the plus sized ones! I didn't subscribe to Amazon until they fixed that!Tried it once and the movie kept buffering.
2. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, disconnected my Chromecast multiple times and restarted my phone multiple times, even though I know it has nothing to do with my phone nor TV, as I am able to cast all other apps without issueI love Fandango now, and I have bought many movies through them to show it.
3. Also, clicked on a movie in my watchlist so I can remove it from the list, but it just loaded a blank page with a play button...so this app is mostly unusable in its current state, at least for me, and I mostly have to use the website.This app constantly crashes even after I have uninstalled and installed twice in 10 minutes.
4. I'll give them the fifth star after that gets fixed cause this really is a great app.Good content available and competitive prices, but the app itself doesn't operate very well.
5. It let's me play the video on my phone, but not if I want to cast it to a TV.
6. I'm currently unable to play the videos I purchased and have had numerous issues with the app losing connection with my cast device in the middle of videos.
7. While watching a show or movie its constantly resizing the screen.
8. I have the 'running in background' off & haven't used the app in the past five days, rebooted phone twice within the past five days.
9. It also was playing my movie really well and then started buffering every 2 or 3 minutes.
10. Have to search for the content in the phone browser and have it open the link in the app through the browser.
11. I've watched movies on my phone in the past.
