1. Absolute no go!Was unable initially to lo3cate Apps l already had !! Also..looks like a charge was going to be placed & it 2lwas going to be Recurring -!-!!!!Too many problems to log in At first she was doing beautiful with no problems now you got to I have messages now and I can't get into them so you get the one I start not to give anyI had tried to chat with someone directly as direct messenger although she hasn't responded but how it worked i could preceive that it was done secretly, it grants you the outstanding performance.Does not work at all.

2. Get far too many ads and apps keep saying optimise cool down etc all the time!!Infested with invasive ads.. You need to be thrown numerous ads in your face before you can start using the app.

3. Not good waste of time.I'm not keen on being bombarded by constant changes & 'improvements'.

4. Scum bags.3 adds within 10 seconds and the last 3rd ad was a 30 minutes video.

5. Far too many adverts!!! Just to get into app there were 3 then clicked on 1 of the messages and another advert.

6. Shows online and blue double tick also.very confusing app.

7. cannot find my messages.

8. At others, they're a trivial nuisance.Don't know yet.

9. Something they're a real help.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Issues

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile Messenger: Live Chat, Instant Messaging » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mobile Messenger: Live Chat, Instant Messaging app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile Messenger: Live Chat, Instant Messaging" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working


2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
