1. There hasn't been an update in months that address glitches in the messaging system, offer system, and even payment system.
2. I have a busy work schedule, so it really makes it hard for me to realize someone has either messaged me asking about something or if someone has put in a buy order.PLEASE PUT BACK THE HEARTS FOR LIKED ITEMS!! Now you have to go into each item you want to unlike for whatever reason.
3. When you go to report a problem it gives you five preset options to choose from and it's very obvious this site is run in another country the language barrier was real and very unprofessional.
4. If it wasnt for my email, I'd totally miss out on communication, period.It's great, UI looks clean(ish) and it's easy to navigate and I had no problem learning the ropes of how it works.
5. They offer $1 USPS first class tracking for small packages and claim there's scanning on USPS's end for tracking.
6. I've made a good few sales, but the mobile app has had this bug where it refuses to load my profile entirely or deliver notifications, even though I had them on.
7. The app is slow and crashes all the time.The "make offer" system is horrible.

9. Even if it is scanned, it only shows city and state and the buyer can still claim to not received product and get full refund.
10. I can understand if I messed up but it wasn't my fault the app or site couldn't make the payment.
11. As a seller, it makes me look unreliable when I cannot respond swiftly to a message, yet all notifications are one.
