1. App only shows four main categories of activities/offers at the bottom, anything more specific than that is tucked away in one of the 4 sub menus or the drop-down settingsish tab.This app crashes constantly! I have to open it numerous times just to look at my account, I lost count of how many times it has closed in the middle of a survey or game, making me lose points.

2. I played one game, reached the required level for cash out and never received it and they make it impossible to reach a customer reservice rep to report it.

3. Additionally, customer support refuses to continue responding to ticket after I provide information and details and screen shots proving that I am eligible for offer amounts that they say I am not.

4. I will say that in general, their customer service is really quite good, just not for this topic.... Or the last two game reward issues I had.

5. Downloaded the most ad-filled game ever and played to get to the level for $40, come to find out that they lowered it to $8 and I'm not even getting any credit for it at all.

2. Update the InboxDollars App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InboxDollars" » Open InboxDollars » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InboxDollars » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InboxDollars app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InboxDollars servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InboxDollars" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InboxDollars app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InboxDollars might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InboxDollars. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InboxDollars then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InboxDollars not working

2. Fix InboxDollars Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InboxDollars be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InboxDollars not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InboxDollars may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
