1. This app could not be any worse if they tried and I'm so irritated running my mini split is tied to it, meaning my mini split is basically non functional now.I disagree app was great until update.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix kumo cloud Issues

1. Fix kumo cloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart kumo cloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the kumo cloud App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "kumo cloud" » Open kumo cloud » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for kumo cloud » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear kumo cloud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from kumo cloud servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "kumo cloud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check kumo cloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, kumo cloud might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall kumo cloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall kumo cloud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing kumo cloud not working


2. Fix kumo cloud Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make kumo cloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to kumo cloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, kumo cloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I am having trouble with the app. The zones are always unavailable. I have tried refreshing the app. I know the units are online. I am not sure what else to do

I need tech. support, i was on line yesterday and was suppose to recd. phone call. did not happen
