1. (I don't have any adblock plugins installed.) In the premium membership confirmation email they sent, the link to the "Support Team" pulls up an email with no email address.

2. UPDATE: Now it tells me I need to verify my email (which I've already done) but when I click on the link in the email, it dies absolutely nothing! So Meet Mindful can suck it! It wasn't worth the time in the first place, add frustration to it and it's worth even less.

3. The concept is great, but the actual experience is a waste of time and money.Super expensive for a subscription (which seems to be the only way to get ANY value), tons of inactive profiles, and... had their (our) data lost in a hack (oh and they didn't notify their users).

4. That could be a minor glitch with an easy fix if I could contact support, BUT THERE IS NO LONGER ANY SUPPORT AT ALL!!!!! There is no chat feature or any way to contact anyone that I can see.The cost of being a premium user is outrageous considering one's actual experience.

5. The link doesn't even have an address included, only "mailto:%23." This is the second time I've paid for premium and it's clear it's not worth it.

Great idea, but I think the business management team needs to be replaced... really, who'd pay so much for such a poorly managed (great) idea with so little in return.I was active on the app for more than a year and updated several iterations of my profile (adding various "depth" as they call it,) and didn't have a single match.

1. Fix MeetMindful Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MeetMindful: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MeetMindful App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MeetMindful" » Open MeetMindful » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MeetMindful » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MeetMindful app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MeetMindful servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MeetMindful" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MeetMindful app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MeetMindful might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MeetMindful. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MeetMindful then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MeetMindful not working

2. Fix MeetMindful Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MeetMindful be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MeetMindful not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MeetMindful may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
