1. (I don't have any adblock plugins installed.) In the premium membership confirmation email they sent, the link to the "Support Team" pulls up an email with no email address.
2. UPDATE: Now it tells me I need to verify my email (which I've already done) but when I click on the link in the email, it dies absolutely nothing! So Meet Mindful can suck it! It wasn't worth the time in the first place, add frustration to it and it's worth even less.
3. The concept is great, but the actual experience is a waste of time and money.Super expensive for a subscription (which seems to be the only way to get ANY value), tons of inactive profiles, and... had their (our) data lost in a hack (oh and they didn't notify their users).
4. That could be a minor glitch with an easy fix if I could contact support, BUT THERE IS NO LONGER ANY SUPPORT AT ALL!!!!! There is no chat feature or any way to contact anyone that I can see.The cost of being a premium user is outrageous considering one's actual experience.

I have previously sent a cancellation request before the 3-month membership expired directly online, but I didn't receive a confirmation email and apparently, it didn't go through because I received a charge on my credit card. I don't wish to continue the membership and I cancel it again on July 2nd. after I saw the charge on my credit card. I never received a warning about the renewal or the coming charge. I paid for 3-months April through June, but I don't wish to renew it and I want to cancel immediately and have the charge to my credit card reversed immediately. The App wasn't what I expected and it states that you can cancel it anytime, but in reality is not true because you make it really difficult and your advertising is deceiving.
