The navigation is horrible, going from our room on the third floor in the delta wing to the solaria restaurant it had us do meaningless paths such as going to an elevator on delta Island to the third floor only to take the steps back down to the 2nd floor (which was right next to the 2nd level elevator doors).

5. You can't ask for directions from your current location or an elevator, you have to find a room.

6. Sometimes the buttons to find amenities, such as the swimming pool, didn't work at all, no matter how many times you tapped the button, it did nothing.

7. The location button does not work.

8. Saving location didn't work unless you were physically at that location.

9. FYI, under General, location, it lists the same Maryland address for the Texas location, and others.Terrible. Shame no 0 star option.

10. Whole experience was super frustrating, and the app made it worse.If you enjoy downloading apps and deleting them after a few minutes of frustration at bugs, cluttered interfaces and the usefulness of a chocolate teapot, you've found the perfect app.

11. And you can't find it in your apps once you install it.Handicap feature doesn't work.
