Or scrap it, it's getting old having to pay for something that does not work for more than 10 mins properly.Congratulations, you are about to be ripped off by an app that cost an obnoxious amount of money to do the following; 1) not load your assignments anymore, this includes in the app or the website 2) have a lay out that a 3 year old could of designed better 3) pointless updates that make the app worse than before Whoever designed this app really should be embarrassed of themselves and find a new job.Absolutely horrible! Buggy, barely works some of the time.

2. Then just end up causing a bunch of other issues in the long run..The only way these aholes will fix this app and make it work properly is if they have to pay the users when it does not work.Come on with app already.

3. As agents in the field we do not have time to "contact support" repeatedly to fix what should have been done before rollout.The picture taking is redundant.

4. This app is another waste of time and lost revenue.I hate that I have to use this app almost everyday and it rarely ever works .

5. Also, it demands interior pictures after you click the tab stating you don't have access to the interior.

6. This could cost companies clients and money!This app is a pile of garbage.

7. The other half of the time it's extremely slow and greatly decreases my productivity.

8. You're forced to take duplicate pictures while trying to complete the recovery process.

9. Half the accounts we mark and do pictures on still show in the to-do list.

10. Please fix this! Some of these problems could cause serious issues, i.e. wrongful repos, non-compliant in reporting, etc.

11. You make a ton of money off this junk app and it never works properly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RCM Issues

1. Fix RCM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart RCM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the RCM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RCM" » Open RCM » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RCM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear RCM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RCM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RCM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check RCM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RCM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall RCM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RCM then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RCM not working


2. Fix RCM Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RCM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RCM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RCM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
