Why should I report an Issue with Beautistics: Makeup Organizer?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. For example, I wish it could show how many stars I rated it, instead of having to click on each item to look.3. I wish it give more options to sort.Overall pretty good appJust started using to catalog my extensive makeup, skin care, and nail polish collections and so far so good.

I do wish it was broken down into sections for example under makeup I would like to see tabs for Foundation, blush, bronzer ect or the ability to add these tabs under the main heading of makeup, same for skin careHad some issues with crashing and not recognizing my premium status but the latest update fixed that.

4. I do wish there were a few more features; such as, since there is a calendar, I wish I could input into the calender what makeup I wore for that day so I can easily see trends of my favorite products.

5. To agree with another reviewer, using the calendar to log daily makeup/skincare to spot trends, as well as keeping emptied products available for review, would be fantastic additional functions.I downloaded this app to track my expiring foundations so I can use them up before they go off.

6. However, after spending the time to input all the data, I went to the "expiration" area, and knowing full well at least one should be showing since it's expiring this month, I was shocked it didn't pull up any.

7. Extremely disappointing because there aren't any other apps like this on Android that have all these features.I paid the annual fee for the premium version and after almost a week still no upgrade to that version version.

8. Also once a product is finished I'd still like to see any notes I have on the product so I can go back and see how I like the productUPDATE 1/2/2020: The developer responded quickly and helped me realize that it was my phone's font settings that was distorting the font size in the app.

9. Also, I would love if they added a travel option so I can design my travel makeup bag!Great for organization as I have a fairly large collection.

10. There should also be more tabs besides Care and Makeup or users should be able to add their own, such as Nail Polish, rather than putting it under Other.

11. However, I wish they had a way to let me view my products according to brand or type.

1. Fix Beautistics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beautistics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beautistics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beautistics" » Open Beautistics: Makeup Organizer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beautistics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beautistics: Makeup Organizer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beautistics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beautistics: Makeup Organizer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beautistics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beautistics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beautistics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beautistics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beautistics not working

2. Fix Beautistics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beautistics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Beautistics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Beautistics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
