1. As it is now, using a preset/automatic temperature is useless if you prefer Fahrenheit readings.Doesn't work most of the time, even I change my wifi router sport to side by side and.. it doesn't work.

2. Tried to email support and the support email is not valid, not sure if company is even still in business.This app is garbage, don't waste your time.

3. Issues logging in and fails to connect most of the time.App needs the ability to set farenheit for uses overall.

4. Can't register an account, put in phone number and password and pressing register does nothing.

5. Danggg.Keeps closing app right when I try and register wifi password .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CTO sous vide Issues

1. Fix CTO sous vide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CTO sous vide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CTO sous vide App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CTO sous vide" » Open CTO sous vide » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CTO sous vide » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CTO sous vide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CTO sous vide servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CTO sous vide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CTO sous vide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CTO sous vide might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CTO sous vide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CTO sous vide then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CTO sous vide not working


2. Fix CTO sous vide Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CTO sous vide be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
