Why should I report an Issue with Manga Geek - free manga comic reader?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It would be more convenient if when i search for a certain manga the name or names that sound related to it show up.The app was overall great I think the only problem was it doesn't have that auto bookmark of where you read last time.

2. The down side is that I wish there was a certain notification that would let you know when a new chapter was released a little red dot or exclamation mark on the manga title to indicate a new chapter; you need to click on the manga title and physically check if they added a new chapter.

3. When you read the manga, if you select a certain chapter and it's infront of the chapter your reading, it keeps that chapter bookmarked.

4. This is definitely one of the better apps I've tried so far, however I am getting rather annoyed with the amount of stories I open ready to read only to find the entire chapter, and usually the next couple chapters following, are ridiculously blurry.

1. Fix Manga Geek Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Manga Geek: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Manga Geek App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Manga Geek" » Open Manga Geek - free manga comic reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Manga Geek » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Manga Geek - free manga comic reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Manga Geek servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Manga Geek - free manga comic reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Manga Geek app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Manga Geek might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Manga Geek. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Manga Geek then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Manga Geek not working

2. Fix Manga Geek Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Manga Geek be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Manga Geek not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Manga Geek may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
