Why should I report an Issue with Rolling icons - App and photo?

1. The app icon and photo icon rolling width gesture and gravity, collision and sparks, very cool!!

2. When you set it as the live wallpaper, you can rock and roll the launcher!!! what awesome it is!!

This was probably a 3/5, but I have it five stars because I really enjoyed it :) I will be deleting this app nowit's great, although I wish it had an aquarium mode, A mode where icons would float around and slowly fall when I move my phone around, that would be great cause all the icons plunge to the bottom apon unlocking.It's horrible - I was a little exited to try it out, thinking I would be able to is it in landscape mode, (I just cant stand stand portait mode) but of course I cant.

3. love the photo icons so much and would love more options to change size of icons individually + have selection of different icons, emojis, animals, etc would be great.I really like the app.

4. This wouldn't be an issue except that you cant get to the phones homescreen and have to change the default launcher to a different one and back to this one everytime you leave the homescreen.

5. The problem is the home button on the dock takes you back to the apps menu/settings screen not the actual homescreen.

6. Maybe even make the icons customizable.I love it!! Most of the time when i'm on my main menu, apps just disappear and only 2-3 apps display.

7. I also would love to be able to use widgets and other normal functions of homescreen while using this app.

8. My only problem is sometimes my homescreen has "remove" and "uninstall" at the top of the screen even when I haven't long pressed an icon.

9. - I also have a coulple widgits (a clock that fills the top of the screen a picture frame the fills the middle) that I thought they might stay, and have a hitbox or something, but again, nope.

11. The worst part was that the category of apps page (idk what it's called) was arranged randomly.

1. Fix Rolling icons Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rolling icons: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rolling icons App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rolling icons" » Open Rolling icons - App and photo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rolling icons » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rolling icons - App and photo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rolling icons servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rolling icons - App and photo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rolling icons app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rolling icons might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rolling icons. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rolling icons then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rolling icons not working

2. Fix Rolling icons Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rolling icons be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rolling icons not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rolling icons may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
