1. If you find an item and view it, you'll have to start over completely when you go back to the search.So far so Good..... Only one EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING Issue thus far -- when playing your Product Video your System does not allow you to go back to previous Page or back out of the Video Screen once it's done Playing.
2. Every time I try to do anything with my Macy's credit card within the app, it prompts me to log back in over and over and just takes me back to the main screen when I back out.
3. Samsung S22+Shopping seems to be okay on the app, but managing your credit card is the worst! It never loads my statements or payment activity.
4. You would think a brick and mortar would be trying to get every sale they can, but this app does the opposite.CAUTION! Be careful if making a payment on your due date! I just logged in to make a payment and the default date now pops up for the next day.
5. This is definitely not the quality I expected from Macy's.How can this app suck this bad in 2023? Can't access statements, can't see recent transactions, continuous Prompts to log in even when logged in.
6. (Click name of the month) Shady way to trick late fees out of customers! And if someone has a deferred interest purchase they could get charged for back interest if their payment is late!This app is always giving me issues.
7. And, if after looking at an item & I hit the back button it doesn't take me to the last screen, it takes me clear back to the beginning & I have to reset my preferences.
8. Not once, have I EVER been able to make a credit card payment using the app.
9. Macy's clearly doesn't care enough to have developers fix these things.OK, 1 year later & I find no improvements.
10. Once you click on the date, you get a pop up message about payment dates, but it isn't clear where tap to open the calendar.
11. I've updated the app and still can't load anything or login.I've had the Macy's app for almost three [3] years.
