Why should I report an Issue with Lush Labs?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Developers need to sort this, especially as Lush staff need to use this at work.What's the point? I never leave reviews for apps.... but seeing as lush is pushing this..... There are never exclusive items or events, You can't purchase anything, it doesn't make any sense, and it's never updated.... Useless app! Don't even bother downloading it.Doesn't work.

2. Completely pointless.A nice idea but the Lush Lens doesn't work as it comes up with completely different products, something that Lush massively promote in store and in their Lush Times newspaper.The QR code reader did not recognise the QR code most of the scans I did.

3. Really handy when you're shopping in stores!!Even though I selected the UK it only gives me stuff in Yen and Japanese? It's promoted in the lush kitchen box but doesn't scan the stuff inside it to get more information on it.... uninstallThere's not a lot on this app right now.

4. Bit disappointing for lush to be honest :(Given a note to download and use app to scan QR code to find out what's in my gift.

5. My phone then sent me a link to download lush labs.

6. I download the app and the qr codes won't scan 🤦🏻 ♀️ utterly pointless app really unless you want to speak to a personal shopper.

7. iOS app is much better with a variety of features that haven't been available on Android for over a year at least.

8. I scanned the code with no issues using my normal camera.

9. The two times it did bring up results..... it was wrong.Love the live demos of bath bombs.

10. It gave me results about a random product I hadn't even received.

1. Fix Lush Labs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lush Labs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lush Labs App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lush Labs" » Open Lush Labs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lush Labs » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lush Labs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lush Labs servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lush Labs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lush Labs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lush Labs might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lush Labs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lush Labs then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lush Labs not working

2. Fix Lush Labs Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lush Labs be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lush Labs not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lush Labs may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
