As of now, I can't even open the app anymore, hopefully it gets fixed because I needed to use itThe app hides previous conversation and if you reply you won't see full message you replying,the message get cut the more you type.Similar to other users here, the service deserves 10 stars as it's been a lifesaver before and after the arrival of our baby.
2. That's pretty amazing that this hasn't been fixed as its been this way for 6+ months - see reviews from April 2021 mentioning this.Platform is great but the app keeps crashing Every time I try to message my guide if it's more than like 2 line, the app just freezes.
3. For instance, we're trying to find child care and Cleo guide only send the messages to my wife.The content and resources are AMAZING, and our baby guide had helped us through some uncertain times.
4. At one time i found myself composing messages on a notepad and posting it into Cleo, because the composer in the Cleo app is so slow and there is a huge typing delay for every character.
5. Also the guides tend to send long texts with info and the format to read these is so exhaustingWhile the content and our support team is fantastic, the app is extremely slow and non-responsive at times making it very frustrating to work with.
6. Deducting stars for the app which is crashing when using the messages option or switching between apps.Great service but the app needs improvement.
7. The Cleo guides can be helpful, but they send such long messages and I hate reading them on my phone.
8. The experts are so knowledgeable and reassuring, been so helpful during my pregnancy and early days as a new mum! Love the virtual lactation consultant session through video.
9. Just now it took 10 seconds to load, and that was with a "time to update" message.
10. It feels as if almost every time i am trying to open the app it needs an update.
11. Also, I wish there was a way for Cleo to group message my wife and me.
