1. I like that it seems to be updating and letting me know when I hit my bonus levels now.This happened twice now, I purchase a shower but when I go to click on it to get the pin number it goes to a loading screen until it goes, "store location can't be found, please try again" until I have to just go up to the desk and get it! The app on the main page shows the location you are at, so it doesn't make sense why it does that! Please fix thank you! Other then that the app works greatI use dark mode for everything, but this dark map is garbage.

2. The main functions of fueling and showers still work great (minus the page jitter), but anything related to trip planning is horrendous.it was great until this latest release.

3. So you have to spend a few minutes typing in information and making selections before you can finally go ahead and accept the go ahead and fuel button 🤦It's actually quicker to just get out and enter your information on the keypad on the fuel pump.

8. when you brought up the map and selected a Loves along your route, it would include the distance to that store.

1. Fix Love's Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Love's Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Love's Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Love's Connect" » Open Love's Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Love's Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Love's Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Love's Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Love's Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Love's Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Love's Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Love's Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Love's Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Love's Connect not working

2. Fix Love's Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Love's Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Love's Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Love's Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
