1. It is completely useless!Having the hardest time logging into my account for no reason....i have reset password multiple times and go to log in with new credentials to be met by the same screen saying it is incorrect....very frustrating when i just want to open the app for 5 seconds, do what i want to and be done with it.This app never loads up on the first try.

2. When I go back to the app to enter the new password I get an error stating that my username (same email I used to reset the password) or password are incorrect.

3. It was easy to find and beats trying to pull it up last time as my screen couldn't make it bigger so they had a hard time reading the bar code.

4. It's just a hassle to spend money with them.Horrible app, my free gift offers never show, the app is glitchy and there isn't any way to contact someone for support.

5. Also, it has been glitching bad and not it says my username and password are incorrect.

1. Fix MyLiveRewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyLiveRewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyLiveRewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyLiveRewards" » Open MyLiveRewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyLiveRewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyLiveRewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyLiveRewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyLiveRewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyLiveRewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyLiveRewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyLiveRewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyLiveRewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyLiveRewards not working

2. Fix MyLiveRewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyLiveRewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyLiveRewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyLiveRewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
