Its crazy.its very very poor application no live broadcasting computrized opperation that what we texted to them that reply is computerized very poor in my rating is zero but i cant give like thatWell it's not working at all first it keeps loading "login server" then pop-up a message that's saying "error network try again"Always have a problem inside like cannot chat and said connection problem even our connection is good that time.. please do update and fix this app problem... 3. This is the worst transaction i ever experience.Its good app intestines..only one problem wen I pay for week to chat same time send me notifications i have to buy.

1. Fix TOYA Live Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TOYA Live: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TOYA Live App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TOYA Live" » Open TOYA Live » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TOYA Live » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TOYA Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TOYA Live servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TOYA Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TOYA Live app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TOYA Live might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TOYA Live. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TOYA Live then reinstall.
