1. Recent problem is I'm try to enter, the app want me to install the update, bt even after updating, I'm seeing same update msg on my screen whenever I'm trying to open.. Plz fix this ASAP, then only my rating will be better.I like app but..a few issues that make it pleasant 1- For a week now I've2 sent questions to the help with no answer 2- When gifting a broadcaster the gifts show but the amount it takes to send that gift is just a guess, amount don't show -3 The games I question because sometimes I win and not given my winnings and if I do go on a roll soon ill lose like 15 times in a row on a 50-50 chance.

2. What help ctrThis app has a very serious issue in counting my live streaming time accurately, and it turn off my broad automatically after few minutes & don't count my previous live streaming time in my next live time.Games are not working.. Help center is also not responsive.

1. Fix Hive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hive" » Open Hive - Live Stream Video Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hive - Live Stream Video Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hive - Live Stream Video Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hive not working

2. Fix Hive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
