Why should I report an Issue with Lite for Facebook?

2. Thank you.The Idea is great, the App would have been too!!.. If it wasn't for the stupid ads.. You cant "X" them.. Will lag.. So you have to clear then go again to use the app, unless another ad comes up.. This could be a great one.. But had to unstall itit's really a good idea to have all in one!!!! but this app isn't working properly.

Fix that and you'll have a better ratingThis app is stupid, you can't close the ads, I always get stack with ads until I restart the app that's the only way to close the ads, better I've uninstalled because I can't pay for premium to remove ads, I only appreciate your idea for create such a good appApp is more or less useless.

4. Developers needs to understand that if browsing is not smooth, then it is pretty much useless and no one is going to re-download it in the future since official apps provide 10 times better experience.

5. Adding instagram story has a bug on deleting the sticker, once you typing text the 'Done' bottom cannot be click, when you click back you will go back to the home page instead of just exiting the add text.

6. For example; u scroll page down, then u must to wait 5 min to recover itself, you don't have chance to like something at instagram," if u do", finally after all, again, u need to wait 5min to refresh-recover app.

1. Fix Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lite" » Open Lite for Facebook » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lite for Facebook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lite for Facebook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lite not working

2. Fix Lite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
