Why should I report an Issue with Qutie - LGBT Dating and Social Networking?

1. I can't see anyone online or a sign of people lurking or liking around.. its so much lag on rendering the profile, the photos amd many more.. a simple click on "back" botton it will put you back to your phone home screen and thats really annoying.

2. I understand that zip codes are used for privacy but it doesn't seem to currently be working search wise? I'd like to at least see people in the same state.App is pretty inactive with a lot of profiles that don't have pictures or any details.

3. It also keeps matching me up with people outside of my orientation choice, its really annoying to find someone with similar interests but then realise their incompatible.It's a nice idea behind it but there were far too many technical glitches.

1. Fix Qutie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Qutie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Qutie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Qutie" » Open Qutie - LGBT Dating and Social Networking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Qutie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Qutie - LGBT Dating and Social Networking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Qutie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Qutie - LGBT Dating and Social Networking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Qutie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Qutie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Qutie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Qutie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Qutie not working

2. Fix Qutie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Qutie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Qutie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Qutie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
