1. Garbage!I took the picture of 3 different strains and gave me the same results.... PURE BSThe worst one I've ever used! I have 13 different strains and six of them are some of the absolute most common strains to find I scanned each strain five different times so 5 different scans on 13 different streams.... it did not get even one single scan correct.

2. 🌎🌍🌏Tried about 15 different times, and of the two times it was actually successful it gave very obviously wrong answers, not to mention on the off chance it does scan there's an ad wall to get your wrong result.Trash this app immediately.

3. At this point I'm convinced it never did work they never had any attention for it to work properly it was just a BS app to get you to watch adsI deleted this app! I have 3 different strains.

4. The first one I scanned 3 times and got 3 different results and all were wrong.

5. Scan it on the app, and it gave two different results.

6. Sorry.Took about a dozen pictures of the same bud and it was giving me different answers.

7. Positives: It's quite accurate, mostly guessing white widow or G13 (I believe I have that cross), and it's super consistent on THC% (around expected).

8. Then, I scanned Berry Gas Moonrock, and it gave 85% Og Kush probability.

9. I also can't get the past photo function to work, it seems to get stuck in an infinite loop or waiting forever every time.I think it's a little off.

10. I took 7 photos back to back and it wouldn't read 1 time.

11. So I changed my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars cause this ain't accurate.

1. Fix Kush Scan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kush Scan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kush Scan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kush Scan" » Open Kush Scan: AI Weed Identifier » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kush Scan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kush Scan: AI Weed Identifier app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kush Scan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kush Scan: AI Weed Identifier" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kush Scan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kush Scan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kush Scan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kush Scan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kush Scan not working

2. Fix Kush Scan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kush Scan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kush Scan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kush Scan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
