1. It's completely OK to have the mark but shouldn't tamper the experience of sharing the content.Good App My only suggestion is make more audios available to share.. Lengthy videos are not easy to share as audio file neither we can crop the audio files.. Even Samosa App was closed now you can grab more users with audio files availability.. Also please accept the audio uploads from users.

3. Thanks !It's a superb app .. and everything is perfect in this app , but the small thing is it won't opens sometimes fastly it makes frustracted ... , and although it opens we can see blank photo , video or audio anything .

5. When we try to share videos we are getting some files instead of video and when we try to open them we are getting you may not have proper app to open these files error.

6. This is for only sometimes ...I have been using this app from several months, but I am facing only one problem from the beginning that we can not save the kulfys to favorites, while beginning of installing the app it works, it allows us to save favorites but after some days it won't.

1. Fix Kulfy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kulfy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kulfy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kulfy" » Open Kulfy: Telugu Audio, GIFs & St » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kulfy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kulfy: Telugu Audio, GIFs & St app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kulfy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kulfy: Telugu Audio, GIFs & St" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kulfy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kulfy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kulfy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kulfy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kulfy not working

2. Fix Kulfy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kulfy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kulfy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kulfy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
