1. I have nit had this issue till the last couple weeks.Cons: Follow me doesn't work and I have to go to different screens to get the hourly info for the whole day.

2. Also like the weather video but it usually won't play.The latest update does not automatically update location or update on the status bar as it used to do previously.

3. Please fix!! I want my weather app back!!It's a great tool to keep up with very accurate and up to the minute weather.

4. When it's cloudy your forecast says it's sunny (or vice versa)It work well at first but now it freezes on me once its open plus before this it wouldchange my location.

1. Fix KTIV First Alert Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KTIV First Alert Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KTIV First Alert Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KTIV First Alert Weather" » Open KTIV First Alert Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KTIV First Alert Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KTIV First Alert Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KTIV First Alert Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KTIV First Alert Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
