1. One customer service rep has been helpful, and comp'ed me some points, but the issue still hasn't stoppedI've been using this app since September of last year 2019 and it worked great, but recently it stopped working.
2. Please check your internet connection and try again." My internet connection works just fine, not to mention I've tried opening the app using 4g and not Wifi as well as several different devices and everytime I get the same message.I feel this app could use a refreshed vibe.

9. I've tried uploading my digital receipts but they always get rejected, even when they include the required info, store name, card, shipping and billing address.

I find it significantly more inconvenient for several reasons; but I think Huggies knows their products are quality and that's why they don't listen to their rewards members who are practically begging to have the old rewards program back... I've grown to find this new program so disappointing that I kind of view it as a lotto I MIGHT win someday, but mostly can't expect anything from.
11. I like that you earn points for watching videos or taking surveys/reading articles, BUT all of a sudden it doesnt open videos for me anymore.
