Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LaN103 Issues
1. Fix LaN103 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart LaN103: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LaN103" » Open LaN103 » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LaN103 » click "UPDATE".
- Clear LaN103 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LaN103 servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LaN103" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check LaN103 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LaN103 might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall LaN103. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LaN103 then reinstall.
