2. There are no data points by any airports, like BKK and DMK, which shows that air pollution is a far greater problem than the Thai government wishes to admit to.Result is far from actual compare to many other apps and devices.

It reads "Very Good" air quality (PM2.5) for my location, yet at the same time numerous other weather sources (and Thai news reports) report it as "Very Unhealthy" air quality -- while I am looking out the window and am unable to see a building one kilometer away because of the thick haze.Poorly designed app.

5. If not, there other apps with a lot more air quality monitoring spots, independent from government, friendly UI, much more in detail and statistics, or even including satellite images.

6. Info that is available very different from other more reliable apps and always much lower.I recommend you to use application name AirVisual.

7. Airvisual also has weather forecasts show in weeks which show more deep analysis data for your daily life plan.

8. Consider use this app if you believe in data accuracy of Thailand Air quality and noise management bureau or trust it.

9. From what I see is that the Thai government is just trying to cover up the polution problem, instead of taking care of this matter.

1. Fix Air4Thai Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Air4Thai: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Air4Thai App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Air4Thai" » Open Air4Thai » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Air4Thai » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Air4Thai app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Air4Thai servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Air4Thai" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Air4Thai app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Air4Thai might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Air4Thai. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Air4Thai then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Air4Thai not working

2. Fix Air4Thai Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Air4Thai be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Air4Thai not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Air4Thai may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
