1. There appears to be no manual or help section whatsoever, and the inability to search for a specific city in a list of cities rather than scrolling through a list of all the cities in a US state is, to be plain, madness.This app's current location put me somewhere else, so my air quality index has been wrong this whole time! I would like to see more updates to the widgets, because the little and small widgets don't have a refresh button, so you can manually refresh the air quality number and see if it changed, but this app doesn't have that.

2. And the UI will allow you to set alerts without selecting a location from your list even though such alerts don't do anything.Actual device readings, as displayed on the map view are useful.

3. Example, Gillett WI, Oconto falls, WI, and Pulaski WI all show values of 100+, while not one single actual sensor in the entire state of Wisconsin shows a value greater than 90, with the majority being in the range of 45 - 70.

4. Even selecting a location to add requires selecting the continent, country, state and then city instead of simply being able start typing a city to get possible matches.

5. I haven't tried the other parts of the app like monitoring indoor air quality and alerts because they're not useful to me but they may be for others.

6. It could use some work changing between locations so you can check Quality where you're going, not just where you are, and it's really hard figuring out how to add locations.

7. It's often close to Purple Air, (the best data on air quality, not it's in app form.) Wish there were a sensor closer to our house, though, and I don't have the $$ to shell out for one myself.

1. Restart IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality" » Open IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality not working

2. Fix IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IQAir AirVisual | Air Quality may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
