1. The app indeed needs some upgrading .YOTUN have a chaotic colour coding system that defies any obvious logic and scrambles hues and colours in a meaningless structure .. absolute horror to compare colors and find harmonies.. unfortunately their Online websites are even worse.. Also very intrusive access requests.. want my contacts.my photos..ability to make calls.. take photosCouldn't load the app, tried to uninstall it and reinstall it again multiple times with no lock.

2. Do not use under any circumstanceWorking well for me , but it's shocking that they don't keep it updated?? Couldn't find the last colours collection 2020 , although it's out since months...they should update with latest collections otherwise , it could be a nice marketing way , as well but they are not using it.I especially didn't like how the colors I selected came out duller or lighter when I was colouring my space.

3. Just deleting it again, what a waste of time and data.INSANELY bad app, wants intrusive permissions (Gallery, ok sure, but ability to make calls?! plus several others) which I denied.

4. Even on virgin white primer every colour is much darker than indicated, making the whole enterprise kind of pointless.First, it takes a really long time to start the app.

5. Don't even get me started on the intrusive spyware it comes with, (making calls, storing your personal information etc) This honestly seems like a thinly veiled malware app designed to steal all your personal information and track you.

6. More details: Mobile: pixel XL 3 Software: Android version 10 (latest) Theme: dark theme Internet connection: both wifi and 4g and was connected to internet.This is great!! Some house pictures are available as a template.

7. Third, the camera feature is too laggy to function properly, and it uses my phone's wide angle lens instead of the main lens which isn't useful because it distorts the image takenBEWARE! COMPLETELY unusable app.

8. On first open it's stuck on loading and re-loading at the speed of light rendering you unable to click on ANYTHING in the app, making it useless.

9. Thank you.Waste of time, downloaded the app but can't get past choosing a country ( don't understand why i should in the first place) but only a few listed and mine is not.

10. The 'My Colours' section is hard to find and it constantly moves away to show other colour libraries.

1. Fix Jotun ColourDesign Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jotun ColourDesign: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jotun ColourDesign App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jotun ColourDesign" » Open Jotun ColourDesign » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jotun ColourDesign » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jotun ColourDesign app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jotun ColourDesign servers.
