Thanks a lot for your cool app!Found everything I was looking for...told me when estimated delivery would be....gave a clear and concise picture of the products and their specifications that I ordered....quick and easy ordering and even shows other "like" items and products like the one you ordered so you can get a feel for the other types or kinds available....offers very reasonable prices when compared to the same product coming from another vendor....I was truly amazed at the prices....I love this App and this service.

2. Also, when I look at my faves in the app most of them are missing! So, now I have just completely wasted my time and will probably just purchase what I was looking for elsewhere!I used to use jet all the time and was pretty satisfied with the outcome.. Well some how it had gotten deleted from my apps so I re-download from the playstore, but as soon as I try to open it there's a message saying check internet connection.

3. very sad cause I used to love this.This app allows quick ordering of household items without all of the Amazon nonsense.

4. Some products come and go, and others you have to order odd quantities (a product that comes in a pack of 6, I can only order a maximum of 10 items, when 12 would make sense).

1. Fix Jet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jet" » Open Jet - Shopping Made Easier » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jet - Shopping Made Easier app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jet - Shopping Made Easier" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jet not working

2. Fix Jet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
