Why should I report an Issue with Phoenix - Facebook & Messenger?

1. 1 star off because when I clicked on my profile link at the top left, it spammed me with infinite redirects that made it near impossible to switch windows to close out of the app.Does an excellent job regarding Facebook wrapping, great alternative to the official FB app.

2. My main issue on first impression though is no matter what theme and whether you pick light or dark, the colors are way too intense.

3. Helps people who are colorblind and those like me that have some issue with colors being too intense hurting eyes.I initially downloaded this app as an alternative to the stock Facebook app.

4. The only thing keeping me from scoring a 5 is that the Logout button (under the More tab) is not visible unless you navigate to the Updates tab and scroll up until the ... button at the bottom right of the screen disappears.

5. Little more grayish tone to the dark theme would be nice, but to fit all people, it would probably just be best to put in ability to pick your color palette.

6. What is weird is that I can go to chat screen and see that and other peoples pages and see their feed but not my own???? My feed shows the header and the 3 dots to get to settings etc.

1. Fix Phoenix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Phoenix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Phoenix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Phoenix" » Open Phoenix - Facebook & Messenger » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Phoenix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Phoenix - Facebook & Messenger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Phoenix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Phoenix - Facebook & Messenger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Phoenix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Phoenix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Phoenix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Phoenix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Phoenix not working

2. Fix Phoenix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Phoenix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Phoenix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Phoenix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
