1. Also lesson 5 has 'q' and 'Q' both displayed in lowercase making it impossible to know which Q it wants you to select.I've been learning Klingon for about 6 months now ... really excited to learn the script! This app works really well and is a great way to learn.

2. I'm glad I have a bit of Klingon language under my belt first so I know how the characters sound as I'm leaning them.Please rectify the problem with distinguishing between the upper and lower case Q,s.

3. Will get the full version once that is resolved.Neat way of learning pIqaD, but some of the glyphs are really weird (like the vowel "I") and the order you write the lines seem totally arbitrary.

4. However, there is 1 issue I have, there is a lack of distinction between upper and lower case letters (ie q & Q) which are unique letters in their own right and when it cones to the tests the lack of distinction causes problems! I hope this will be rectified.

1. Fix Write It! Klingon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Write It! Klingon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Write It! Klingon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Write It! Klingon" » Open Write It! Klingon » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Write It! Klingon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Write It! Klingon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Write It! Klingon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Write It! Klingon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Write It! Klingon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Write It! Klingon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Write It! Klingon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Write It! Klingon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Write It! Klingon not working

2. Fix Write It! Klingon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Write It! Klingon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Write It! Klingon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Write It! Klingon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
