1. The app and the online shopping experience had something to do with it along with the great prices.Oh its fairly easy to find an item and make a purchase.
2. I wish the website did not take you directly to the app.Great app, love the ability to make changes to an item in checkout.

6. When the item isn't available in-store after all, don't cancel item all together! Ship it! I could have a shipment coming already, and they still don't offer.
7. Even after loading pages at dial-up speed, it won't open the correct item that was clicked.

10. It always shows "in transit" but nothing more AND it gives me my point total but not a history where I can view all my points transactions and make sure it's correct.
11. I love having access to my points and credit card account in one place! I like how I can also easily view the weekly ads and coupons for deals.
