Why should I report an Issue with Assistant for Stardew Valley?

1. Otherwise all the information you need is there! Thank you for a great app I hope you keep on working on it! (Especially with the new update coming soon!!!!!) 😺It's extremely useful and easy to use for the beginning of the game.

2. It would be nice, however, if there was a way to pin certain villagers to the home page for easy access or something like that, like above/below the tasks or something! Or even to pin them to the search, anything that would make it easier and faster to pull them up without having to type their name in the search every time.

3. The ability to search your current in-game time and get a list of currently available fish and character locations.Honestly, one of the most easy to use and intuitive apps I've ever experienced.

4. I'd love to see a fishing, dishes and shipping tracker! The bundles are also not updated for 1.5, but the developer seems to still be working on that!This app isn't like googling answers to everything but more like an organization app with a few tips.

5. Just a lot easier to navigate than the system in game, and you can have numerous profiles for different save games.It's a good app, I like it and will continue to use it for my tracking needs, but it has some issues especially for a paid app.

10. Knowing the most profitable crops from the beginning of a season is great too, and it even tells you the last day to plant certain crops.

11. That feature is EXTREMELY helpful! It also allows you to see the schedules of each villager when you input the weather, amount of hearts, and your marital status.

1. Fix Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Assistant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Assistant" » Open Assistant for Stardew Valley » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Assistant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Assistant for Stardew Valley app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Assistant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Assistant for Stardew Valley" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Assistant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Assistant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Assistant not working

2. Fix Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Assistant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Assistant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
