1. You ppl can one more thing by adding number of people given ITA at every draw,it will add more detail to your stats page.The stats option doesn't seem to be working, where you can see the previous draws and the prediction of upcoming draw.

Please solve it.Hey, i really wanted to use your app but the problem is that i can't sign in with my Gmail at all, every time i try it gets me back to login page over and over Pls solve this problemYou ppl responded after 2 months .After uninstalling installing and again discarding installing several times,it is working now,it might be something improved from your end,no network issue were at that time ,it was something wrong at your end.

3. I use the app on OnePlus 6 with Android 10.The app is super useful - what I specially love is that it gives a notification everytime there's a score from any recent draw that's been conducted.

1. Fix CanPR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CanPR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CanPR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CanPR" » Open CanPR - Immigration Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CanPR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CanPR - Immigration Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CanPR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CanPR - Immigration Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CanPR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CanPR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CanPR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CanPR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CanPR not working

2. Fix CanPR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CanPR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CanPR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CanPR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
