If it is like this only then I must say it is a app of making audience fool only and nothing.The best of all apps and it's so user friendly.Easy editing and able to create a wonderful invitation in an hour or so.Amazing customer service and quick response..Not so costly..able to find templates in all price range..I'm so thankful to the team..and I suggest to add few more template designs which would be way more useful to the users...This is not user friendly it took too much data while is not even doaloading the video to the gallery .and u can't even send to ur friend via whatsup .

2. thank you for making an awesome app.I did my wedding e invitation and the model was so good in exclusive and service provided for the customers were on time.. They confirmed before closing the order and sent as much as preview video necessary to make sure to avoid mistakes.. I only felt it's a bit expensive.. And there needs to be more models for Christian and Muslim wedding invitation.. There were only limited choices for these.. Overall I loved it... Thank you..I have used the app for my Nieces birthday party.

3. I typed in hindi (and english) as well, twice, after putting in so much time and effort, in making an invitation video choosing their free template for baby cradle ceremony, it failed to generate video, plus didn't even save all my fed matter+pictures in drafts or under my videos.

4. The video clarity is also very bad, and the promised HD version of video without logo beneath can only be seen after the payment? Seriously? Having just pretty templates would not help, needs a hell lot of improvement.

5. I wish there are some more birthday templates but otherwise the app is very user friendly and awesome.. Thank youIt just a time taking app.

6. It's very simple and with in 10 minutes I was able to preview and create the video and download and sent it through WhatsApp.

7. Previews not working, it routes to YouTube everytime... patheticThe invite templates are indeed good but it does not serve the purpose.

1. Restart Video Invitations: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Invitations App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Invitations" » Open Video Invitations by Inviter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Invitations » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Invitations by Inviter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Invitations servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Invitations by Inviter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Invitations app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Invitations might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Invitations. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Invitations then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Invitations not working
