1. Where is the setup screen to change this? Privacy policy link not working.This was a great app but the last week it has had server failure error every scan, please fix this....5 stars all the time I've used it but 0 stars now.This is not a real app this app is fake I scanned to tickets I walked all the way up to new store here in Newton Iowa to find out the fight after I scan them and the app said that they are winners both of them this app is not what it is it's fakeEver since I updated the app it now will not work.

2. Is this the CAT style of barcode reader? Totally different when scanning, have to rotate phone to landscape view and hold ticket far away to scan.

3. You have to scan the ticket again..... check again button does not work....Update 1/13/20: Still LAME.

4. After scanning, from the results screen, when I hit "Back" to scan another ticket it asks if I want to save the results of the current scan, EVERY TIME.

1. Fix Check-a-Ticket Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Check-a-Ticket: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Check-a-Ticket App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Check-a-Ticket" » Open Check-a-Ticket » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Check-a-Ticket » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Check-a-Ticket app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Check-a-Ticket servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Check-a-Ticket" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Check-a-Ticket app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Check-a-Ticket might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Check-a-Ticket. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Check-a-Ticket then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Check-a-Ticket not working

2. Fix Check-a-Ticket Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Check-a-Ticket be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Check-a-Ticket not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Check-a-Ticket may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
